When do I need to place my order by?
All orders need to be placed before 8pm, the day before delivery of fresh flowers and succulent gifts.

Wed: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Thu: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fri: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sat: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Sutherland Shire and St George Regions.
How much is delivery?
Flowers by Melly B deliver free of charge to our local areas: Gymea, Gymea Bay, Grays Point, Kirrawee, Sutherland, Yowie Bay, and Miranda (Post Codes: 2227, 2228, 2232).
Other areas in the Sutherland Shire areas incur a $10 delivery charge (Post Codes: 2231, 2230, 2229, 2226, 2225, 2224, 2234, 2233).
The St George Area has a $15 delivery charge (Post Codes: 2216, 2217, 2218, 2219, 2220, 2221, 2222, 2223).
Hospital Delivery charge is $15.00 due to parking fees.
Flowers by Melly B cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery but will endeavour to meet your request. Deliveries are made between 9.00am – 3.30pm.
What happens if the recipient isn’t at home?
If the recipient is not home or unavailable we will leave the flower arrangement/succulent gift in a safe place at the front door.
If you place an order to a unit and we are unable to gain access or the recipient isn’t home we will need to re-charge the delivery to re-try. So please make sure your friend/family member is home and always provide us with a contact number.
If this is a likely scenario, please leave instructions on the order page to ensure we can deliver the fresh flowers / succulent gift to the recipient directly, or provide us with an alternative option.
Can I pick up a bunch or collect my order?
Pick up is available from our studio. All flower arrangements or succulent gifts must be pre-ordered online or by phone and pick-up is between 10am and 2pm with a discussed time arranged for pick up. Online orders need to provide contact details for time to be arranged for pick up.
What payments do you accept?
Full payment is required at point of sale when ordering online or over the phone. We accept Paypal and Credit Cards.
Cash & direct transfer can be accepted if prior arrangements have been made.
Refunds and returns
Flowers by Melly B aim to provide high-quality flowers and gifts. If you are not entirely happy with our service, quality of flowers or gifts delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Should this ever happen, we would like to request you, contact Mel via phone on 0404 866 973, so we can resolve any issues or concerns that you have promptly.
If the incorrect information is provided on an online order or order form, Flowers by Melly B will not be held liable but will try our very best to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
We understand that sometimes our customers need to cancel their order. All cancellations need to be placed over the phone, and 24hrs prior to delivery. If the customer cancels within the 24hour period, a 50% charge of the item will be incurred.
